My very first fashion article hits the newsstands this week in the pages of BLUSH magazine in The Dominican Republic.  I am so EXCITED to share this article with those of you who won’t be able to see it in person. 

The Man Purse, aka the Murse, is so trendy right now.  In the streets of Milan, Cannes, and Turkey, all the guys are wearing a Murse!  Designers like Dolce & Gabbana and Giorgio Armani brought the Murse back in style for Spring/Summer 2011. 

Men who carry a Murse are thought of as SEXY by the ladies; they think these guys look confident.  Women can tell that these men carry only what they need, not over filling their pockets with everything they own.  

In Egyptian times, men used the Murse as a way to store all their belongings, much like women do nowadays.  Unfortunately, the trusty Murse disappeared when pockets were invented.
