I’d always heard Cannes that was one of the most popular cities
on the French Riviera and now I know why. I can honestly say it has been one of the BEST trips of my
life! So many things have
happened: some good, some not so good.
But nothing was able to ruin our good time!
This was the perfect weekend getaway. We stayed in the incredible Hotel Shilla, which had
wonderful service. The beaches
were a welcome change in the summer heat and the restaurants were SUPERLATIVE
in both service and decoration.
Since we all had different styles, each of us created our own
UNIQUE summer looks. My favorite
thing about the beach? The
hats! This season is all about the
HAT! They are a definite IN for
this summer in any color, size, or texture.
For this photo shoot, I was wearing a H&M bathing suit and top, vintage shorts and a hat that I bought in
Cinque Terre. My cousin Marcelle was wearing a H&M bathing suit and a hat bought in Cannes. Our friend Allana was wearing a COOL
black vintage Mikoh bathing suit that
she found in Sultre in Winter Park, Florida.
