I would like to share these pictures with you all since it was
the first fashion editorial photo shoot I had the honor to work at. The photo shoot was done in 2010 back
home in The Dominican Republic for a Domus Academy competition.
I had the honor of working with the amazing photographers, Fernando
Santos and Victor Nicolas. It was a great opportunity to learn
about fashion photography up close and to see how the fashion system works in The
Dominican Republic. It was very EXCITING
to see how the ideas come together, being portrayed in a simple click.
The amazing clothes are from Oriett Domenech’s 2011 Resort Collection.
She is VERY talented and has become quite famous at home and
internationally. She knows how to
work with colors and shapes, and most importantly, can make a women feel POWERFUL
and sexy at the same time.
This editorial is very dark and out of the ordinary. That’s one of the reasons I LOVE it!
